Doesn’t my watch already do this?

Your watch measures your body between sessions. Velocity measures the barbell during them. Recovery data tells you how you arrived. Velocity changes what you do next. Wear both.

How does it measure a rep?

A motion sensor on the bar or body captures the movement directly. No camera, no manual logging, no estimate from wrist motion.

What exercises does it support?

Barbell compound work first: squat, bench, deadlift, press, and their variations. The body-worn mount extends to loaded movement beyond the bar. Full list ships with the app.

Why is there a subscription?

The coaching is the product, and it improves every month. The sensor is hardware. The decision engine is software that gets better with every session across every athlete. The membership is what funds that. Cancel any time.
